FAQ
What if the weather is bad on the day of my rental?
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. We keep a close eye on the weather, and our experienced captain will make the final call on whether it’s safe to set sail.
If there’s a thunderstorm (or very heavy rain), marina rules don’t allow us to depart. In this case, we’ll wait at the marina for up to 30 minutes to see if it clears. If the bad weather continues and we can’t sail, our skipper will work directly with you to reschedule your trip for another day that suits you.
We kindly ask that you plan to come down to the marina as scheduled unless you hear directly from us that we’ve made a change.
Cancellation and refund policies
Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. While cancellations do not qualify for a refund, rescheduling is permitted with at least 14 days’ notice before the charter date. A surcharge will apply based on the notice period, so please contact us for more details.
For your safety, the skipper may postpone or abort the charter in the event of dangerous weather conditions such as lightning or poor visibility. In such cases, your trip will be rescheduled to the next available date or time, but no refunds will be issued. Please be aware that all cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the respective yacht operator’s terms and conditions.
Swimming and Water activities after sundown
Due to safety reasons, there will be no water activity or swimming allowed from 7:00pm onwards.
