How do I book a yacht charter?
Let us know the preferred yacht, date and time. We will lock in the booking for you once deposit is received.
What payment methods do you accept?

Cancellation, Reschedule & Weather
Cancellation policy
In any event of cancellation, our cancellation policy applies.Â
- Cancellation made more than 4 weeks in advance will be given a full refund at the full discretion of Owner.
- Cancellation made less than 4 weeks prior to the Charter will be subjected to a penalty equivalent to 25% of the charter price.
- Cancellation made less than 2 weeks prior to the Charter will be subjected to a penalty equivalent to 50% of the charter price.
- Cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the charter, there will be no refund. Instead, a voucher equivalent to 30% of the charter price, which need to be consumed within 3 months of issue date, will be issued.
- All refunds may be made in the form of a cash refund or credit refund.
- Cancellation made within office hours count towards the effective cancellation period stated above. Cancellation made after office hours will be counted beginning from the next working day.
- Any refund, if applicable, shall only apply to the charter fee componenet. Charges for food catering or other services may not be refunded should charter be cancelled for any reason.
Rescheduling policy
Any rescheduling of yacht charter is subject to our rescheduling policy. Charterer may reschedule the charter subjected to availability and terms and conditions.
- Rescheduling made more than 4 weeks prior to the charter date is provided free of charge.
- Rescheduling less than 4 weeks prior to the charter will incur a charge of 15% of charter free.Â
- Rescheduling less than 2 weeks prior to the charter will incur a charge of 40% of charter free.Â
- Reschleduling less than 7 days prior to the charter is not allowed.
- Any rescheduling made within office hours count towards the effective rescheduling period stated above. Rescheduling made after office hours will be counted beginning from the next working day.
- Should Charterer reschedule a weekend charter slot to a weekday charter slot (from a higher-value charter to a lower-value charter), no refunds (whether cash or credit) on the difference of the charter fees will be provided.
- Should charterer reschedule a weekday charter slot to a weekend charter slot (from a lower-value charter to a higher-value charter), the difference of the charter fees will be charged.
- Rescheduled bookings must be placed within 6 months from the original booking date. Otherwise the booking will be taken as a new request.
- Once a charter has been rescheduled, no cancellation will be allowed.
What if the weather is bad on the day of my charter?
In the event of a thunderstorm and the sea state is unsafe to cruise out, we can either re-schedule the trip or wait for the storm to pass before cruising out. We rarely face extreme weather in local waters as Singapore is sheltered by Malaysia and Indonesia.Â
Yacht Timing & Boarding
Where is the boarding location?
#02-13 Sentosa Cove Village Arrival Plaza, S098537 (beside 7-11) for boarding of EagleWings 1,2,3 and 4.
Marina at Keppel Bay, 2 Keppel Bay Vista, S098382 (lobby) for boarding of EagleWings 5 only.
When should we arrive?
Is there a grace period if we are late?
The yacht will only leave the Marina once the guest of the charterer are onboard.Â
Can we extend the charter timing on the day?
You may extend the charter by the hour of the day subject to availability.Â
Do I need to bring my passport?

Can children come onboard? Are life jackets provided?
Kids are welcome and life jackets are available.
Can we bring pets?
Is the yacht wheelchair accessible?
Am I allowed to smoke?
Food, Drinks & Cooking
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, no corkage fee for BYO. If red wine is consumed onboard, any spillage that results in stains will incur cleaning fee or replacement fee depending on the damage.
Can we BBQ onboard?
Electric grill are available onboard for complimentary use. Crew can assist in grilling as needed.Â
Do you provide catering?

Where can the yacht go?
Can we customise the itinerary?
Yes!, please let us know your desired destination or itinerary and we shall plan it for you.
Can we go overseas (e.g., Bintan)?
Yes, please let us know the destination and we will advice.
Good to know
Is there wifi onboard
There is no wifi onboard. You will be dependent on your mobile data and the signal strenght will depend on your mobile provider.
Is there caller & data reception when sailing out?
Is there a toilet/shower onboard?
Onboard bathroom are equipped with shower fel, shampoo and conditioner. Please bring your own towel.
