Booking & Payment

Let us know the preferred yacht, date and time. We will lock in the booking for you once deposit is received.

PayNow or bank transfer.
All the prices indicated are in SGD and includes relevant taxes, 9% GST.

Cancellation, Reschedule & Weather

In any event of cancellation, our cancellation policy applies. 

  • Cancellation made more than 4 weeks in advance will be given a full refund at the full discretion of Owner.
  • Cancellation made less than 4 weeks prior to the Charter will be subjected to a penalty equivalent to 25% of the charter price.
  • Cancellation made less than 2 weeks prior to the Charter will be subjected to a penalty equivalent to 50% of the charter price.
  • Cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the charter, there will be no refund. Instead, a voucher equivalent to 30% of the charter price, which need to be consumed within 3 months of issue date, will be issued.
  • All refunds may be made in the form of a cash refund or credit refund.
  • Cancellation made within office hours count towards the effective cancellation period stated above. Cancellation made after office  hours will be counted beginning from the next working day.
  • Any refund, if applicable, shall only apply to the charter fee componenet. Charges for food catering or other services may not be refunded should charter be cancelled for any reason.

Any rescheduling of yacht charter is subject to our rescheduling policy. Charterer may reschedule the charter subjected to availability and terms and conditions.

  • Rescheduling made more than 4 weeks prior to the charter date is provided free of charge.
  • Rescheduling less than 4 weeks prior to the charter will incur a charge of 15% of charter free. 
  • Rescheduling less than 2 weeks prior to the charter will incur a charge of 40% of charter free. 
  • Reschleduling less than 7 days prior to the charter is not allowed.
  • Any rescheduling made within office hours count towards the effective rescheduling period stated above. Rescheduling made after office hours will be counted beginning from the next working day.
  • Should Charterer reschedule a weekend charter slot to a weekday charter slot (from a higher-value charter to a lower-value charter), no refunds (whether cash or credit) on the difference of the charter fees will be provided.
  • Should charterer reschedule a weekday charter slot to a weekend charter slot (from a lower-value charter to a higher-value charter), the difference of the charter fees will be charged.
  • Rescheduled bookings must be placed within 6 months from the original booking date. Otherwise the booking will be taken as a new request.
  • Once a charter has been rescheduled, no cancellation will be allowed.

In the event of a thunderstorm and the sea state is unsafe to cruise out, we can either re-schedule the trip or wait for the storm to pass before cruising out. We rarely face extreme weather in local waters as Singapore is sheltered by Malaysia and Indonesia. 

Yacht Timing & Boarding

#02-13 Sentosa Cove Village Arrival Plaza, S098537 (beside 7-11) for boarding of EagleWings 1,2,3 and 4.

Marina at Keppel Bay, 2 Keppel Bay Vista, S098382 (lobby) for boarding of EagleWings 5 only.

Recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early.

The yacht will only leave the Marina once the guest of the charterer are onboard. 

You may extend the charter by the hour of the day subject to availability. 

No, unless you are exiting Singapore waters and heading overseas.

Guests & Safety

Kids are welcome and life jackets are available.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is allowed only at designated smoking areas of the yacht, kindly check with the crew.

Food, Drinks & Cooking

Yes, no corkage fee for BYO. If red wine is consumed onboard, any spillage that results in stains will incur cleaning fee or replacement fee depending on the damage.

Electric grill are available onboard for complimentary use. Crew can assist in grilling as needed. 

We do provide catering from EagleWings Loft and other catering options.
We provide ice, cups, complimentary stemware (champagne flute, wine and rock glasses), mineral water, soft drinks, coffee and tea.

Good to know

There is no wifi onboard. You will be dependent on your mobile data and the signal strenght will depend on your mobile provider.

Under most circumstances, you should still have both data and caller connection at the southern islands that we sail to. However, it really depends on the telco your use for the actual connectivity on the day itself.

Onboard bathroom are equipped with shower fel, shampoo and conditioner. Please bring your own towel.
